At iGen Education Group we work, live, teach and learn, on the traditional and unceded territory of the Coast Salish indigenous peoples, including Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), Stó:lō, Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh), and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations. We greatly respect the longstanding relationships that Indigenous Nations have to this land, as they are the original caretakers. We abide by ‘leave no trace’ practices of environmental conservation, and we respectfully integrate traditional knowledge and practices of land and water protection into our programs.
